This opportunity is for the second type.
An internationally connected supply chain and distribution business, within a globally recognised group environment, is seeking a highly capable Logistics Coordinator to manage imports, exports, 3PL coordination, and end-to-end logistics execution across local and international operations.

This role is not suited to a Junior Logistics Administrator.

We are looking for a logistics professional who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and understands the real impact of supply chain execution, customer service delivery, and international trade coordination.

The environment is highly operational, deadline-driven, and customer-focused, requiring someone who can handle pressure, think proactively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Manage imports and exports administration end-to-end
• Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL logistics partners
• Track shipments, deliveries, and customer orders
• Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and logistics records
• Coordinate procurement-linked logistics processes
• Ensure compliance with incoterms and international shipping procedures
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve logistics-related issues
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Maintain accurate reporting and ERP system updates

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in:
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
  
  


• 5–7 years’ experience within:
  
  • Logistics coordination
  • Imports & exports
  • Freight forwarding
  • Supply chain operations
  
  


• Strong understanding of:
  
  • International logistics
  • Incoterms
  • Imports and exports processes
  • 3PL logistics coordination
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• Strong ERP systems exposure:
  • SAP
  • Syspro
  • JDE or similar ERP systems
  
  


• Strong reporting and logistics systems capability


• Ability to manage complex logistics coordination environments
