About the position
?? Hiring: Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse & Strong Excel Experience)
?? Location: POLOKWANE (close to cbd) - onsite
?? Contract: 3-Month Project-Based (Renewable every 3 months based on client requirements)
?? Salary: R10,500 per month
?? Availability: Immediate Start
We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to ensure smooth operations from receiving to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Verify and document incoming/outgoing shipments
- Update records on NAV and Excel reports daily
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
? Matric
Logistics-related qualification (Advantageous)
? Experience in distribution or warehouse administration
? Strong IT skills (NAV, ERP, CRM)
? Advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency
? Excellent communication and attention to detail
