You'll lead inspection and performance testing across a variety of lifting machinery, ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety, regulatory, and technical standards. Your role will include planning and coordinating inspection activities, mentoring Candidate LMIs, reviewing reports, and providing expert advice to clients. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement in processes, maintain compliance with evolving legislation, and work closely with teams to optimise productivity.

You must be a registered LMI with ECSA (in valid status). We welcome applications from both single-scope LMIs (Aerial Work Platforms only) and multi-scope LMIs with any combination of: MEWPs/Aerial Work Platforms, Forklifts, Overhead Cranes, Chain Blocks & Lever Hoists, Vehicle Hoist, or Truck Mounted Crane. A minimum of 5 years' experience in load testing and inspection is essential, along with solid knowledge of safety practices, applicable legislation, and standards. You'll also need Matric, a valid driver's licence, and the flexibility to travel at short notice.
A competitive salary of R50,000 - R60,000 per month with benefits, plus the opportunity to work with a respected industry leader committed to your professional development and growth.
