About the position
My client based in Tygervalley, Cape Town is currently looking for a Learning Management System Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
IT / FINANCE
Responsibilities
- Administer the LMS, including uploading SCORM packages and configuring learning items, assessments, surveys and programmes.
- Manage learner enrolments, exclusions and cohort lists.
- Conduct QA testing of LMS content before module go-live.
- Coordinate learning logistics, including cycle preparation, cohort setup and enrolment readiness.
- Maintain trackers for enrolments, learner progress, exclusions, completions and outstanding actions.
- Set up and distribute learner communications, including enrolment confirmations, access instructions and deadline reminders.
- Provide first-line support for learner queries relating to enrolment, content access, assessments, completion tracking and reporting.
- Maintain accurate learner and exclusion data.
- Extract, transform and distribute bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide enrolment and completion updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with HCBPs, division leads and relevant stakeholders regarding nominations, enrolments, exclusions and cohort changes.
- Escalate complex, technical or out-of-scope queries when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in Learning & Development and LMS Administration.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning / myWorkSpace would be advantageous.
- Experience with LMS item creation, programme configuration and learner enrolment management.
- Experience with SCORM uploads and basic LMS troubleshooting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data transformation.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Forms.
- Experience with bulk data processing and learner enrolment workflows would be advantageous.
- Exposure to AI literacy, digital skills or change-management programmes would be beneficial.
