About the position
The Learning and Development Manager will be accountable for establishing and leading the strategic direction of the Internal Training and Development Function.
Key performance areas:
- Formulating the function's strategy and developing the full suite of frameworks, policies, standards, operating procedures, and governance mechanisms required to institutionalise a professionalised training function.
Ensure that all learning programmes are aligned to organisational capability requirements, Vision 2030 and Beyond, and industry best practice.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and development of the training curriculum, covering (but not limited to):
Product knowledge.
- Systems and process training.
- Customer experience and soft skills development.
- Compliance and regulatory training.
- Assessment frameworks and quality assurance mechanisms.
