Lead Generator (JHB Onsite)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

A leading provider of Innovative & Holistic Business Solutions in Joburg seeks a talented Lead Generator who will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating contact via phone and email, and maintaining a detailed database of potential clients. The role involves qualifying leads through research, engaging in meaningful conversations to assess customer needs, and working closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads. You will also be responsible for achieving Lead Generation targets and reporting on progress regularly. Applicants will need to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or similar discipline & MUST-HAVE Office Automation experience including Lead Generation and customer outreach with strong research and data analysis skills. You also have to be proficient using CRM software and Lead Management tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience/Skills –

• Must have experience - Office Automation.
• Experience in Lead Generation and customer outreach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Lead Management tools.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Sales processes.

Advantageous –

• Relevant experience in the business solutions industry is a plus.
