Basic Salary: R25K + comm. On Target Earnings R55K+

The Opportunity

This position drives revenue growth within major retail accounts. You will ensure long term business market share expansion. You must have five years of retail account experience. Your daily work requires an understanding of retail strategies. You will negotiate terms regarding corporate volume business rebates. You must pitch new product ranges to retail executives. This role connects internal logistics with merchant computer systems.

Key offerings include band saw blades, circular saw blades, and engineering tools. They also supply state-of-the-art laser cutting and sheet metal equipment.
The Company serves engineering, manufacturing, and retail markets. Expansion into broader industrial retail networks offers further expansion opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow established nationwide retail accounts.
• Negotiate trade terms and pricing structures for retail chains.
• Develop strategic joint business plans with major account buyers.
• Oversee regional merchandising execution and stock product replenishment cycles.
• Analyze sales data to identify market share business growth.

Must Have!

• Hold a valid Matric certificate.
• Own reliable transport and valid drivers license.

Required Experience

• Possess five years of retail account management work experience.
• Apply expert negotiation skills regarding corporate volume business rebates.
• Understand large scale in store product retail merchandising strategies.
• Display experience pitching new product ranges to retail executives.
