About the position
Account management aimed at promoting and selling commercial cleaning products and solutions to the hospitality industry, onboarding new customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer retention.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Matric (post-matric qualification in sales is advantageous)
- 5-7 years of proven experience in key account management within commercial cleaning/hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
- Proven track record of managing large key accounts
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
Key Performance Areas:
- Sales, new business development and key account management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
- Drive strategic upselling/cross-selling of cleaning and hygiene solutions
- Develop customised hygiene solutions tailored to the client's specific needs and challenges
- Collaborate with internal operations/technical teams to deliver customised hygiene solutions
- Analyse client trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
