Job Title: Junior Transport Planner – Logistics/Supply Chain

Location: Boksburg

Basic Salary From: R28K. Negotiable depending on experience

The Opportunity

This position requires you to drive planning and load execution. You must have three years of transport planning experience. You will ensure that daily freight movement happens on schedule. Your daily tasks require geographical knowledge of transport routes. You will provide support to the dispatch and tracking teams. You must use your analytical skills for daily route planning. Your work will guarantee overall supply chain process efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create loads in the transport management system.
• Process orders and create loads within two hours.
• Allocate carriers to loads without operational delays.
• Close out loads within 24 hours of delivery.
• Manage freight operations within BluPath software tools.

Required Qualifications

• National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Required Experience

• Possess three years of experience in transport planning.
• Demonstrate expertise using BluPath or similar software platforms.
• Show geographical knowledge of Southern African freight routes.
• Demonstrate an ability to work under time pressure.
• Apply analytical skills for route planning and execution.
