About the position
We are looking for a Junior Territory Manager to join our Spine division. You will help grow the business by building relationships with clients, learning about our products, and ensuring compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements (SAHPRA).
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
- Essential: BSc Human Movement or relevant qualification
- Essential: 1–2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
- Advantageous: Experience with CRM software and tracking tools
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
- Promote and sell medical device products to healthcare professionals and hospitals in your territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Plan your schedule to attend all planned cases.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
2. Product Demonstration
- Demonstrate medical device products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide detailed product information and answer technical questions.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to decision-makers.
- Stay updated with medical device technologies, product training, and compliance requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing orders, queries, and feedback.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Visit clients to develop long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with other sales reps to share strategies and insights.
- Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.
4. Market Analysis, Compliance & Reporting
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and trends.
- Track sales performance, forecast sales, and report progress.
- Keep administrative records up to date (CRM bookings, cases, stock, mileage logs).
- Ensure all activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
