About the position
Our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town is looking for a Junior Leasing Manager to join their team.
• Negotiations of lease renewals
• Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers
• Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements
• Peruse and prepare offers and lease agreements for signature
• Implement systems and control measures
• Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations
• Property Administration.
• Professional support services to the team
• Maintain efficient filing system for leases and written correspondence
RequirementsRequirements:
• National Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
• Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage
Experience:
• 3 years’ experience in the commercial property leasing environment
Competencies:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential
• Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Efficient and detail-oriented, who can work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
