You are a detail-oriented, process-driven professional with a passion for the investment industry. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining local and offshore model portfolios, assisting clients with portfolio-related queries, and implementing portfolio changes as instructed by the Investment and Client Service Teams. You will also play a key role in building relationships with model portfolio teams, service providers, and clients. Additionally, you'll oversee reporting functions, including AUM reporting, client fee calculations, and factsheet checks. Your role will be essential in streamlining operational processes and improving efficiency in a dynamic investment environment.

For this role, you'll need to have a completed commerce degree as well as at least 2 years of experience in client service and admin gained in the investment industry with exposure to collective investments schemes. You also need strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a process-driven role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans are essential, along with a proactive and client-centric approach to work.
