About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage working capital, and take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
- Reconciling intercompany loans, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in capturing and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a junior financial management role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
