The Role: Junior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various projects
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams on technical solutions
• Support commercial and operational teams with tech-driven initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth system performance
• Continuously learn and apply new programming concepts and best practices

About You

• 3 years of development experience
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong academic record (GPA > 70% from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, or UP; GPA > 80% from other universities)
• Demonstrated coding ability and passion for software development
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to work across commercial, operational, and technical areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
