About the position

What will I be doing?
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our design team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, eager to develop their skills, and excited to work on a variety of design projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in key Adobe Creative Cloud applications and exhibit a collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and a passion for data-driven marketing in a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
? Assist in the creation of graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media, presentations, advertisements, and branding assets.
? Support senior designers with project tasks and follow established design guidelines.
? Edit and retouch images as needed for marketing and sales collateral.
? Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
? Prepare final art files for production, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and on-brand.
? Participate in design reviews and respond to feedback constructively.

Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills
? Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image editing, illustration, and vector design.
? Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layouts and print design.
? Familiarity with basic animation or video tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
? Understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
? Comfortable preparing files for web and print
? Comfortable with PowerPoint design
? Canva design

Other Requirements
? Portfolio showcasing your design work, especially using Adobe tools
? Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Effective verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work under deadlines and manage time efficiently
? Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
