Overview of Position

Videography:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute video projects from inception to completion TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices
• Edit and post-process footage to deliver high-quality, professional video outputs
• Remain up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance production quality

Photography:

• Capture high-quality images aligned with the brand aesthetic and communication objectives
• Manage and organise the digital asset library to ensure accessibility across departments
• Edit and retouch photographs to meet established quality standards

Additional duties

• Assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement a cross-platform social media strategy
• Assist Marketing Manager to conceptualise and schedule creative content including videos, Reels, carousels, threads, and infographics
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer to align strategies and create visuals where required
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit the organisation's unique voice
• Assist with social media posting and community management
• Track platform trends and provide input on how to adjust strategy and output accordingly
• Weekly feedback/planning sessions

Salary Bracket
R8000 to R12 500 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
