About the position
If you are an experienced IT Manager looking for a new opportunity, this could be for you! Join a fast-paced retail/QSR environment where you will lead IT operations and drive the performance of business-critical systems across stores and digital platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of core technology environments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 7-10 years' experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within retail or QSR environments
- Strong experience with POS systems, payment gateways, and online ordering platforms
- Experience with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, APIs, and system integrations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage IT operations in high-pressure environments
- Valid Driver's Licence required
