   CLERK

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices accurately
• Handle invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients
• Monitor overdue payments and follow up with clients
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
