Basic Salary: Negotiable from R15 000 to R25 000 based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Job Description

• Process customer orders accurately from initial booking right through to final invoicing.
• Stay in touch with factory, warehouse, and office staff to keep orders moving.
• Track outstanding backorders and give helpful updates to your clients.
• Answer incoming sales phone calls and assist callers with their queries.
• Prepare and send out clear written quotes to clients and external reps.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to an allocated team of sales reps.
• Check online e-platforms regularly to download incoming customer orders.
• Perform general office administration duties to support the internal office manager.

What You Need to Apply

• Experience working in order processing, customer service, or internal sales administration.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• A friendly, helpful attitude with strong communication and phone skills.
• Experience using Sage.
