Internal Sales Consultant

About the position

Our Client in the Pinetown area is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, processing orders and providing top-notch sales support while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This includes but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand needs and recommend solutions
• Respond promptly to inquiries and liaise with teams
• Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries
• Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends
• Analyse customer data prepare performance and forecast reports and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams and share insights to improve overall business processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong technical and sales knowledge and customer service skills
• Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office
