About the position

A well Established company In Cape Town seeks an internal sales representative with FMCG experince.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new business leads and convert them through the sales process
• Grow the area and acquire new clients
• Handle outgoing and incoming sales calls
• Manage client orders
• Upsell and communicate promotions to maximize GP and turnover
• Meet sales targets and deadlines
• Manage admin and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Senior Certificate
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Minimum 2 years FMCG experience (Food industry required)
• Strong verbal, written, and telephonic skills
• Good PC skills (CRM systems, Pastel advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Well-organized, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Permanent, full-time
• No remote work
