Internal Sales Agent – Printing & Graphics Industry

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for client service and a knack for solutions-based selling? We're on the lookout for dynamic Internal Sales Agents to join a thriving team in the printing and graphics industry.
This role offers the opportunity to work for a fast-paced, values-driven company committed to reliability, simplicity, and speed – where customers come first and excellence is non-negotiable.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow internal sales by delivering exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Offer tailored product solutions to suit customer needs
- Handle quotes, process orders, and follow up efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a professional sales environment
- Printing and graphics industry experience is a major advantage
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with standard office software
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
