Internal Audit & Quality Assurance Officer

About the position

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Audit & Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's internal control environment, Quality Management System (QMS), and governance framework. This role will support operational excellence through internal audits, process reviews, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions.

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, Risk, Compliance, or Governance role
• Experience conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, governance principles, and risk management practices
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), document control, and continuous improvement processes
