Interim Head: Human Capital Transformation & Organisational Development
Contract Type: 8-Month Fixed-Term (Independent Contractor)
Location: Groenkloof, Pretoria

An exciting opportunity exists with a renowned national conservation and tourism organisation headquartered in Groenkloof, Pretoria, seeking an Independent Contractor - Head: Human Capital Management & Organisational Development (8-Month FTC).

Key Focus Areas:

• Lead the redesign of the operating model and macro/micro structures.
• Oversee a comprehensive review of HCM strategy, systems, and processes.
• Provide interim leadership to the HCM team during the transition.
• Guide the recruitment and onboarding of the permanent Head: HCM.
• Drive organisational change, workforce alignment, and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development, HRM, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management.
• 8-10 years' experience leading large-scale OD or HCM transformation in public or state-owned entities.
• Proven expertise in operating model design, HR governance, and people strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management, project governance, and change leadership skills.
