Job Title: Inbound & Outbound Call Centre Agents
Location: Century City, Cape Town
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Shifts between Monday - Sunday, 9:00 am -18:00 pm (including weekends & public holidays)
About the Role
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international contact centre environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6-12 months' Call Centre experience (Inbound, Outbound, or Blended).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English with a neutral accent - essential for handling international clients.
- High computer literacy, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and solid data-capturing ability.
- Matric (Grade 12) - compulsory.
- Clear criminal record - checks will be conducted.
- Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with enquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and support.
- Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines and escalate when necessary.
- Log all interactions accurately on the system.
Outbound Calling
- Conduct outbound customer calls for follow-ups, surveys, verifications, or sales-related campaigns.
- Update customer information and ensure accurate record-
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
- Communicate clearly with international clients using a neutral, professional tone.
- Handle difficult customers with patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.
Administration & Data Accuracy
- Capture customer information and case notes accurately with zero errors.
- Process requests, follow-ups, and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high levels of data confidentiality and compliance.
