Minimum Requirements:

? A completed BA Honours in Human Resource Management or related field
? Strong academic grounding and subject matter expertise in HR principles, practices, and labour relations
? A genuine passion for Academia and student success
? Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
? Experience in lecturing or training (advantageous)

You will be responsible for lecturing the following modules:

• Industrial Psychology
• Project Management
• Public Management
• Total Quality Management
• Training and Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging lectures, tutorials, and academic support sessions
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and course material aligned with curriculum outcomes
• Mentor and guide students through their academic journey
• Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to enrich course content
• Contribute to academic development, research, and departmental quality initiatives
