The candidate will be responsible for HR operations, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily coordination and management of HR operations
- Support line managers with employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives
- Manage people metrics and reporting
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant HR qualification
- Hospitality experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
