What you'll be doing In this varied role, you'll split your time between HR and finance functions. You'll keep employee records and policies up to date, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage benefits, track leave, and support staff retention initiatives. You'll handle compliance documentation, liaise with external HR advisors, and assist in performance reviews. On the finance side, you'll capture and reconcile supplier invoices, prepare ad hoc customer invoices, assist with month-end reconciliations, and support the Finance Manager with daily operations. You'll also maintain standard operating procedures and take care of office essentials. Where you'll be doing it You'll join a well-established technology solutions provider based in Pinelands known for helping businesses work smarter through innovative IT and security solutions. This is an in office half day role with hours of 8am to 12pm. They have a supportive, collaborative culture and take pride in their professional yet friendly environment. What you'll need A tertiary qualification in HR or Finance Administration, plus at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experienced with payroll systems like SimplePay and familiar with accounting software such as Xero. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of employment law and financial best practices are essential.
