The organisation plays a critical role in providing financial solutions to enable the sustainability and transformation of the agricultural sector. Your contributions will directly support farmers across the value chain, ensuring food security and economic development in South Africa.
Develop and implement supply chain strategy and procurement policies aligned with legislative and strategic frameworks.
Lead and manage all procurement operations, including tender processes, contract oversight, and supplier performance.
Ensure full compliance with National Treasury and SOE procurement regulations.
Represent SCM at board, EXCO, and National Treasury forums, becoming a key voice in shaping national procurement discussions.
Guide internal stakeholders and mentor a team of procurement professionals to excellence.
A Degree in Supply Chain Management and a MCIPS diploma.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a state-owned procurement environment, including 7 years at a senior management level.
Strong understanding of PFMA, National Treasury frameworks, and SOE governance requirements.
Deep expertise in tender management, procurement strategy, and supplier development.
