Responsibilities:

• The role functions as the primary operational link between the owner and the various properties and managers
• Ensure the effective operational management of all properties and infrastructure
• Coordinate and support local managers and staff
• Develop and implement operational budgets

• Ensure stable and professional operations across the entire portfolio
