About the position

Exciting Opportunity: Head: Digital Business Transitioning (6-12 Months FTC)
Centurion | Strategic Digital Leadership | Possible Long-Term Appointment

One of our leading clients, a leading state-owned development finance institution is seeking a high-impact digital executive to partner directly with the Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) to shape and deliver transformative digital outputs.

This is a 6-12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of extension or permanent appointment.

What You Will Lead.

  • Enterprise-wide digital business transitioning and modernisation
  • Design and execution of digital transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
  • Alignment of digital capabilities with business objectives
  • Digital innovation, architecture evolution, systems optimisation and process improvement
  • Executive-level collaboration to accelerate digital maturity and adoption

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Business, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • A postgraduate qualification (MBA, MBL, Digital Strategy, Technology Management) is an advantage.

  • 10+ years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise modernisation or digital business evolution

  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital programmes or technology transition projects
  • Strong background in IT strategy, digital architecture, operations optimisation & change management
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience within financial services, development finance, public sector or regulated industries is advantageous.
