You're meticulous with numbers and thrive in a structured, fast-paced finance team. Your strong interpersonal skills and proactive nature mean you're comfortable managing deadlines, collaborating across departments, and finding solutions to complex accounting challenges. You're comfortable working with international entities and confident navigating IFRS, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting with precision and accuracy.
You'll take ownership of the monthly close process for several international entities, including preparing financial records, tax filings, and financial statements under IFRS. You'll liaise with billing and AP teams, ensure accurate expense postings, prepare payroll journals, lease accounting entries, VAT returns, and financial reports. Expect to support regulatory reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and year-end statutory reporting. You'll also play a key role in board pack preparation and weekly cash flow forecasting while providing key data to help the business make informed financial decisions.

You're a qualified accountant (SAIPA or CIMA) with strong IFRS knowledge and prior Accounting experience in financial services. You're comfortable preparing financial statements (ideally using Caseware), have solid Excel capabilities (macros, Power Pivot or Power BI a plus), and ideally have experience with Microsoft Business Central. You bring experience in tax compliance, regulatory filings, and a solid grasp of international accounting practices .
