Graphic Designer (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) (CPT Onsite)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

THE creative talents of a highly energetic Graphic Designer are wanted by an innovative Marketing Services Company to join its team. There you will help bring briefs and concepts to life to align with the client’s vision and needs while ensuring artwork is accurate and adheres to a client’s brand identity and guidelines. Applicants will be expected to present a portfolio that will showcase your individual design aesthetic along with having a Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year Diploma in Graphic Design and commercial experience including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

DUTIES:

• Bring the brief and concept to life based on the client’s needs and vision.
• Work and collaborate with Project Coordinators and the Copywriter.
• Adhere to a client’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Make sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format / sizes / colour codes before being sent to client for approval.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3-year Diploma in Graphic Design and commercial experience.

Experience/Skills –

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Be a skilled user of Design software.
• Knowledge on PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Work well under pressure, in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualise original ideas.
• Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.

Advantageous –

• An interest Animation, HTML/Web Design Frontend.
