You'll be the key support for experienced financial planners, ensuring seamless service across client interactions and investment administration. From scheduling client reviews and preparing meeting packs to responding to queries and maintaining accurate records, your role will be central to the client experience. You'll process investment applications, withdrawals and switches, track instructions, and liaise with product providers for required documentation. With compliance top of mind, you'll maintain FICA/KYC records and assist in internal audits. You'll also manage workflows, stay on top of deadlines, and provide planners with regular updates.

A completed degree in Finance, Investment Management or Financial Planning is essential. Relevant experience is advantageous but not essential, your desire to learn and grow in financial planning is what will set you apart. You need strong computer literacy in MS Office, and fluency in both English and Afrikaans are essential. The role is fully office based so ideally you reside in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
