About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Workers for temporary assignments within our manufacturing facility. These positions are ideal for individuals who are immediately available, adapt quickly to new environments, and consistently deliver strong performance on the production floor. Assignment duration will vary based on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line
- Handle, move, and store raw materials and finished goods safely
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area in line with housekeeping standards
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Support team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report equipment faults, safety hazards, or quality issues to the relevant supervisor
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous
- Immediately available to commence assignment
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
