Are you a dynamic and experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for interior design? We are seeking a Sales Consultant to focus on the office furniture sector. This isn't a retail position; you'll be responsible for business development, prospecting new clients, and nurturing our existing client base in a project-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the office furniture industry. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted business development and prospecting. Manage and expand relationships with a portfolio of existing clients. Conduct compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts, project plans, and product specifications. Prepare detailed costings and quotations for custom and standard furniture solutions. Administer and manage project orders from initial concept to successful completion. Stay up-to-date with product information, technical specifications, and market trends within the office furniture industry. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceed client expectations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in the office furniture industry. Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales and communication skills. Proven ability to present and articulate design and project information to clients. Experience with project management and order administration. A solid understanding of furniture products, materials, and technical details. Reside in the West Rand or Southern Johannesburg area. Compensation Basic Salary: R20,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience. High Incentives: Competitive commission based on sales targets and project completion.
