Full Stack .Net Developer (React)

About the position

My client based in Bellville (Northern Suburbs) is currently looking for a Full Stack .Net Developer (React) to join them on a fixed term contract

IT / Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using .Net technologies with a React front end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Experience

• Relevant IT qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst developer working in the Financial Services industry
• Strong experience in .Net development, including C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React. Other popular JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular) will be advantageous
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus
