- You should thrive in a cross-functional, agile environment, working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful results.
- You must be a self-starter who can independently identify and solve problems, proactively driving tasks forward without micromanagement.
- A willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies is key, without being limited to a specific tech stack.
- Experience with a wide tech stack is beneficial, including TypeScript, NodeJS, React, Docker, and AWS, with a willingness to integrate AI tools into your workflow.
