About the position
In this role the Receptionist will ensure professional duties such as being the first point of ATTRIBUTES ROLE Minimum Requirements:
contact in the office, seated at the entrance of the office and doing a variety of administrative
tasks including, but not limited to,
? Responsible for answering phones calls, making photocopies, distributing mail, signing for
packages, and general office upkeep.
? Responsible for attending to the Post Office and Banking on a daily basis
? Responsible for phoning the clients to inform them of their title deeds or SMS or courier
documents
Critical to this role are attention to detail; planning and organising and time management skills,exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The incumbent should be proactive,
flexible and efficient and must be able to work under pressure along with good knowledge of
Microsoft office packages and related internal systems and the flexibility to support the rest of
the team when needed.
? Effective & Efficient Control & Management of the Switchboard & Reporting of Telkom Faults
? Effective & Efficient supply of stationary on a monthly basis
? Management and Reporting of Expenses i.t.o Courier vs. Docex
? Responsible for Hosting & Managing of Reception Area - ensure that refreshment & cleaning stock are sufficient at all times
? Effective Management of Pool Cars
? Effective & Efficient courteous answering and directing of incoming calls & client complaints
? Effective & Efficient workflow in terms of Docex, Couriers, Deliveries etc.
? Stock taking
Management of Business Card Stock
? Min 5 years' experience
? Must have experience working for an attorney firm
