You're a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. Regulatory compliance, accuracy, and strong relationship-building skills are second nature to you.
You'll be facilitating FX trades, primarily for individual clients, ensuring each transaction is processed accurately and on time. Acting as the bridge between clients and trading desks, you'll resolve queries and operational issues with efficiency. You'll also ensure all transactions comply with exchange control regulations and international payment requirements, while maintaining strong client relationships and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency.
You'll join a well-established financial services company specialising in foreign exchange solutions and international payment services. Known for its client-centric approach, regulatory excellence, and commitment to service innovation, this organisation has built a strong reputation in the market. You'll be part of a collaborative, professional team that values initiative, continuous learning, and operational excellence. You be fully office based in Plattekloof, Cape Town.
You'll bring experience in FX intermediary services or treasury outsourcing for retail clients (TOC), coupled with knowledge of international payments and settlements. A sound understanding of the FX regulatory landscape, including KYC, FICA, AML, and exchange control rules, is essential. Strong MS Office skills, adaptability to in-house systems, and excellent communication abilities will help you excel. Experience with FX trading platforms is an advantage.
