Opportunity for a Treasury Accountant (3 months contract)
Join a leading JSE-listed organisation on a 3-month contract as a Treasury Accountant within a high-performing finance team. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional seeking hands-on exposure in a large corporate environment. In this role, you will support key treasury operations including cash management, banking activities, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. This contract offers excellent exposure to a sophisticated finance function within a respected listed business, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals.

Duties:

• Daily cash flow monitoring and liquidity management
• Processing and releasing payments and ensuring banking accuracy
• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving variances
• Preparing treasury and cash flow reports for management
• Supporting banking relationships and treasury controls

Education and experience:

• BCom Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance or treasury environment
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking processes, and reconciliations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
