Brief role description
The Financial Systems Analyst will serve as the FICO System Key User within Group Aftersales Finance department. They will be responsible for maintaining financial systems, driving system enhancements, and supporting business processes through SAP and Power BI solutions, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations.
Duties include but will not be limited to
- Maintain and monitor FICO processes, resolving system errors and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end SAP activities and financial reporting systems.
- Develop and enhance SAP queries and Power BI reports to meet business needs.
- Lead and support system projects and process improvements (incl. SAP S/4HANA).
- Coordinate system integrations and interface solutions across group parts systems.
- Act as a key liaison between business, IS and external service providers.
- Provide business support, user training and audit compliance for financial systems.
Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Information Systems or related field.
- Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management (Advantageous)
- 3-5 years' experience in business systems and financial processes within the automotive industry.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Experience in data analysis using SQL.
- SAP certification (FI - Finance, MM - Materials Management, MD- Master Data, SD - Sales Distributor, EWM - Extended Warehouse Management, S/4HANA) and/or SQL (advantageous)
