The shareholders are Lucia Mabasa, Clive H Viveiros and Nkhabele Maruma. Lucia and Clive are operational in the business contributing to a philosophy of being owner managed. Pinpoint one human resources, as a small business (smme)has taken responsibility for making its own contribution to socio economic transformation in South Africa. This commitment includes skills transfer, coaching and mentoring of its own employees, diverse and economic development programmes and corporate social investment. Our Leadership Our business is owner managed by South Africans, Lucia Mabasa and Clive H Viveiros. Lucia Mabasa Chief Executive Officer Lucia joined pinpoint one human resources in 2002 and became Managing Director in 2010 and majority shareholder in 2018. She holds a BA and MA in Industrial Sociology. Her leadership has positioned the firm as one of South Africa’s foremost executive search consultancies. Clive H. Viveiros Co-founder & Executive Director After serving as Managing Director of one of South Africa’s largest recruitment agencies, the Kelly Group, he cofounded pinpoint one human resources. He holds a BA (Law), MBA, and MSSC. His focus is executive, management and scarce skill placements in the public sector and SOEs, agriculture, agri-processing, mining, and arts and culture, while expanding the firm’s African footprint.
