Our client is seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to lead their Tax, Treasury, and Insurance functions. This is a pivotal role where you will act as a key advisor on business decisions, managing a global tax footprint and optimizing liquidity strategies. This is far more than a reporting role; it is a strategic position for a leader ready to own critical financial pillars.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Leadership: Oversee and manage VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Treasury Architecture: Lead cash flow forecasting and manage FX risk to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Risk Management: Act as the "Risk Guardian" by managing the corporate insurance portfolio and maintaining strategic broker relationships.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide technical insights to support global business operations and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: BCom Honours in Accounting + CTA.
• Professional Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA (Highly Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of post-article experience in complex financial environments.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Sage and CaseWare.
• Expertise: Proven track record in Tax compliance, Treasury management, and Risk/Insurance.
