Role Summary
To manage the financial planning, management accounting, and reporting processes for the IT function and broader Support Office Division, enabling informed decision-making through accurate reporting, cost transparency, and strategic financial insights.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
B.Comm Financial or Management Accounting or equivalent
Charted Global Management Account or equivalent advantageous

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packs,
Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles,
Prepare presentations for senior leadership, translating financial performance into actionable insights,
Perform detailed variance analysis, trend reviews, and root-cause investigations,
Ensure compliance with all statutory, IFRS, and internal control requirements,
Identify financial control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions,
Partner with internal finance stakeholders to support divisional goals,
Assess and refine existing management accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy,
Enhance reporting tools and outputs to align with evolving business needs,
Support continuous improvement and automation opportunities,
Responsible for ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other similar or related duties.
