Own Group Finance in a High-Growth Environment

A growing group environment based in Centurion is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its finance team and take ownership of key group accounting and reporting responsibilities. This role is ideal for a technically strong, ambitious finance professional who enjoys working across multiple entities, partnering with leadership, and operating in a commercially driven environment. You’ll gain exposure to a true group finance structure, working closely with senior stakeholders while helping drive reporting accuracy, financial control, and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounting and reporting across multiple group entities
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Overseeing general ledger reconciliations, journals, and balance sheet reviews
• Assisting with group reporting and consolidations
• Supporting budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Assisting with Annual Financial Statements preparation
• Supporting audit processes and statutory compliance
• Working closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls and reporting processes

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Accounting / Finance
• Completed SAIPA / SAICA articles
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting capability
• Experience in a group or multi-entity environment advantageous
• Strong Excel and systems capability
