We are seeking a senior-level Finance Manager to lead and oversee full financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, IT, and compliance for our South African subsidiary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (NQF 7)
- 5+ years' experience in financial and/or management accounting
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Exposure to ERP systems and implementation
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Oversee all general finance and accounting functions
- Manage treasury, tax, insurance, and legal matters
- Drive controlling and cost accounting activities
- Oversee IT, procurement, and stores administration
- Manage salary administration processes
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain discipline in line with company policies and procedures
- Support business decision-making through financial insights
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Remuneration:
Market related - R25/ 30K pm
