Finance Administrator - Insurance operations (Ref: 24073)

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator in Centurion with 3-5 years in insurance finance, strong admin skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Key duties include bank reconciliations, premium collections, claims and service provider payments, and monthly reporting. A relevant qualification and solid industry knowledge are essential

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• Thorough understanding of the Insurance / Financial environment
• Strong Administration Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong technical knowledge on bank reconciliations, premium collections, cash allocations, group billing, refund payments, claims payments, service provider payments and management reports.
• 3-5 years working experience

Day-to-day and Monthly Tasks:

• Reconcile bank statements daily
• Upload Debit Order files for collection
• Upload Forced Debit Order files for collection
• When necessary, assist with uploading claims payments and processing unpaid collections
• Assist with premium splits between life and non-life
• Compile Monthly Bord
• Compile Monthly Commission
• Process Monthly Service Provider Invoices
• Complete AML Sanction Screening
• Log monthly complaints stats
