About the position

Fabrication Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the fabrication
• Plan, organize, and schedule production tasks to meet project deadlines and customer
• Oversee the fabrication process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are
• Monitor and optimize workflow, implementing process improvements where
• Manage a team of skilled fabricators, providing leadership and guidance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety
• Monitor and control fabrication costs, utilizing resources efficiently to meet budget
• Identify and implement measures to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall

Requirements:

• Ability to draw on auto Cad
• Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager or similar role in the manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications such as CAD (essential).
• Familiarity with quality control principles and ISO
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and delivering high-quality
