About the position
We are looking for a driven technical sales professional with a passion for automation and robotics to join our clientand take the lead in driving direct sales of 6-axis industrial robots and automation solutions across key manufacturing sectors.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and presenting high-value robotic solutions to customers. This role blends technical expertise, commercial acumen, and customer-facing excellence. Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of catalogue-based 6-axis robots and automation equipment.
- Build and manage a territory sales pipeline, from first enquiry to closing.
- Conduct on-site needs analysis and recommend the right robotic solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support clients with technical insights.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years technical sales experience in automation, robotics, CNC, or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of automation principles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
